Cookie Policy
How we use cookies and similar technologies on OneLence websites.
Effective date: March 20, 2026
This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, how we use them on onelence.com (and related OneLence web pages we operate), and how you can control them. For how we process personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy describes how we use cookies and similar technologies in connection with onelence.com and related OneLence web pages. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. In Germany and the EU, rules such as the GDPR and the TTDSG can apply to storing or accessing information on your device; we aim to comply with applicable requirements.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a site. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, pixels, or SDKs where applicable. Together we refer to these as “cookies” below.
3. Controller
The controller for personal data processed via cookies on this site is Crelora GmbH, Ernst-Thälmann-Straße 41, 06686 Lützen, Germany (commercial register: HRB 35614, Amtsgericht Stendal; VAT ID: DE453924952). Questions: [email protected]. Company and legal details are also published in our Legal disclosure (Impressum).
4. Types of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function (e.g. security, load balancing, remembering cookie choices, language where essential). These are typically used based on our legitimate interest or legal obligation to provide a secure service, not on marketing consent.
- Functional — remember preferences (e.g. region, UI settings) to improve your experience.
- Analytics and performance — help us understand how the site is used (pages viewed, errors, aggregated usage) so we can improve the product and site.
- Marketing — used to measure campaigns or deliver relevant ads, where applicable and permitted.
Exact cookies and providers may change as we update the site; we keep this policy aligned with our practices.
5. Services that may set or read cookies
We do not use CookieYes or another named consent-management product on this site at present. Much of what we do is first-party processing through OneLence and systems operated by Crelora GmbH.
We may integrate or use third-party services that rely on cookies, pixels, or similar technologies, including (as implemented from time to time): Google Analytics, Customer.io, and Mixpanel (or comparable tools) for analytics, product improvement, and marketing measurement. Stripe (or similar payment providers) may also use cookies or similar storage when you use checkout or billing flows. When active, each provider may use its own cookies or storage; see their privacy documentation for details.
6. Legal bases
Where GDPR applies, we use non-essential cookies (e.g. analytics or marketing) based on your consent where required, or another valid basis where applicable. Necessary cookies are used as needed to provide the service you request and to ensure security and stability.
7. How you can control cookies
Future preference controls: If we add a cookie banner or in-site preference controls, we will describe how to use them here. Until then, you can manage cookies through your browser and, where applicable, through individual providers’ opt-out mechanisms.
Browser settings: You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Doing so may affect how the site works (e.g. staying logged in or remembering preferences).
Third-party tools: Where third parties set cookies, their own opt-out or privacy settings may apply; see their policies for details.
8. Third parties
Some cookies may be set by partners who provide analytics, hosting, security, or advertising services. We select providers carefully and require appropriate data protection commitments. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent use; see our Privacy Policy for more on sharing and processors.
9. Storage duration
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them. Retention periods vary by cookie and purpose and are chosen to be no longer than necessary.
10. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy when our use of cookies changes or when laws require updates. The effective date at the top will be revised accordingly.
