However, certain intelligence layers are designed to be refreshed intentionally, allowing you to trigger updated strategic interpretations at meaningful intervals.
These refresh actions do not change your data.
Instead, they instruct the system to re-analyse current signal conditions and generate updated summaries or prioritisation perspectives.
This section explains when and how to refresh the key intelligence layers available in the platform.
Refreshing The Executive Summary
The Executive Summary provides a high-level strategic narrative based on the most recent signal development across your workspace.
To refresh this layer:
- Navigate to the Insights page.
- Locate the Executive Summary section.
- Click Refresh Executive Summary.
This action prompts OneLence to generate an updated strategic interpretation of:
- emerging growth direction
- ecosystem positioning signals
- key performance constraints
- opportunity areas worth attention
📌 The Executive Summary can be refreshed once per day, reflecting the intended rhythm of strategic review rather than continuous operational monitoring.
Note: Frequent refreshing within short intervals does not improve signal clarity. Allow sufficient activity accumulation between refresh cycles for more meaningful interpretation.
Refreshing Site-Level Insights
Below the Executive Summary, OneLence presents site-level insight cards that highlight specific signal conditions such as emerging risks, optimisation opportunities, or positive momentum.
To update this intelligence layer:
- Stay on the Insights page.
- Locate the Site Insights section.
- Click Refresh Site Insights when the refresh timer becomes available.
📌 Site-level insights are refreshed on a weekly cadence, reflecting the need for broader signal accumulation before evaluating structural growth patterns.
Depending on current performance conditions, you may see:
- Emerging Signals
- Optimisation Opportunities
- Positive Momentum
- Primary Growth Constraints
Not all categories appear at the same time.
